Personal relationships are an important part of the Henry Toll Fellowship Programme, which helps participants acquire management skills they need to meet the challenges to which the State Governments in the 21st century.

For six days of the program, which is in Lexington, Kentucky, this year from 26 June until 1 July, officials of three branches of government, gestrippt their titles, their political parties and their individual passions.

At the end of their experience, these 40 stars in countries emerging government, they are finding allies in the struggle to help their communities, USA against their problems and achieve personal excellence. Working together, people know that cooperation can to new heights of personal excellence and management skills.

This transformation is an example a few years ago, two representatives of the State of the same State, were in a class Toll Fellows.

Rarely, a Toll Fellows class includes two members of the same country, in the same room of the legislature. Contrary to its position as a state representative, but both legislators divided nothing else in common. They were opposing political parties, has contradictory views and opposing districts. They were certainly not friends, and they hardly spoke to each other.

Then, something changed. For a week, participation in the Toll Fellows Program, the ideological and political barriers, bodies of detainees, both legislators except disappeared. They began to see each other as allies with a common commitment to its role of the State of State and Government of patrons. They left Lexington, not only as friends but as real gentlemen, with a renewed zeal to pursue their components forward. That’s what Henry Toll Fellowship Program, everything revolves around - The challenge to grow professionally and personally participants and prepares them to lead by the challenges of tomorrow.

The development of leadership is important in the public sector and private sector. Millions of books are sold in the conduct of each year. Private constantly want to know how to become a great leader. It is a recurring trend and the constant.
